Applying for Admission to Texas Colleges and Universities

General Loan Applications

B-On-Time Student Loan
Your institution's financial aid office will determine if you are eligible. As funding for the Texas B-On-Time Loan Program is limited, your financial aid package may not include this loan. If this loan is offered to you, your financial aid office will instruct you to complete an application/promissory note on-line.

Hinson-Hazlewood College Access Loan (CAL) and Hinson-Hazlewood Variable Rate College Access Loan (vCAL)
Your institution's financial aid office will determine if you are eligible and will provide instructions for completing an on-line application and promissory note.
